Orders ship from our HQ in Wales, UK. Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).  Orders placed after noon are viewed as being received the next working day.

Custom and made-to-order items require longer for production before dispatch, please see the details in the description of the item you are purchasing.

Standard: 1-3 days, £7.99 (Free over £300)
Economy: 2-4 days, £6.99
Express: Next day by 1 PM, from £15.99

Tracking provided via email/SMS. For urgent orders or international shipping, contact contact@flowstateraver.com. Customers are responsible for customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

Most items are made to order and non-returnable unless faulty. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition.

Faulty or wrong items? Contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Return requests: Email contact@flowstateraver.com before sending items back.

Refunds process within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer, unless item is faulty.
